GTI Global Ltd designs and builds business software for people who make things. We are small, we write the code ourselves, and we have spent our working lives in the trade we build for.
We learned this trade before we wrote software for it.
Fifteen years in manufacturing and golf: specifications, tooling, samples, tolerances, factory visits, and all the ordinary reasons an order goes wrong. Two systems of this kind before this one.
That is four points of view on the same order: the customer waiting for it, the supplier quoting it, the factory making it and the business trying to cost it. Software written from only one of those is the software everybody ends up working around.
So we build from all four. It is why our systems handle the scrapped piece, the short delivery and the proof nobody approved — the things that decide whether a week is profitable.
